i played football before and shouldn't have, have a hurt ankle, and had a headache but there is no excuse good enough to cover up how bad i did today.

very intence workout. first there were 12 mins of indian runs, next 16 mins of fartlik(noone went slow only fast). for this i ran with our top guys and it was tough.
