not as bad as yesterday, but i estimate at least 6 minutes of error on controls 12-15. then just slow because i planned ahead each leg for a while. slow transitions

Ran the mile. I didn't feel too good, and threw up after. Most likely because I hydrated with powerade.... I COULDN'T FIND A WATER BOTTLE!!!!!
