3 laps of the Austin 12 hr. A 2 minute pause after the second lap to restart the trainer program.
I maintained a pretty steady 80rpm throughout. Climbs over 3% at about 180 watts. Descents about 80 watts. I pushed the relatively flat last 3km a bit.
I’ll add a lap one day next week.
