Is it petty to be annoyed with the wills lawyer who couldn’t amend the executor on a will, when they call for emergency help for a website that gets 2 visits a week? He seems to feel that I should freely of my time to help his ‘ongoing business ‘.

Flight and I went out to cruise the moraine hills while it was warming and J was at the house to tend to Mrs if she woke from her nap.

I got a cramp in my right calf about 20 months notes into the ride and it persisted. It had first shown up in the middle of the night some days ago. It hurt enough then that it was challenging not to make enough noise to wake Mrs.

Flight and I tried a bit of a ride in mid day traffic.

My heart rate ran a good 15bpm fast virtually the whole ride. I don’t think it was a lie. Some would just be the wrong kind of bike. I chose it because it is more nimble in traffic and I wasn’t sure how compromised my road sense might be. Most of it is probably the state of my being right now.

I did point Flight to a couple of Garmin segments I thought she could QOM, and of course she did, even with a slow truck blocking her way and a bad corner entry.

Good to get out for a bit with J with Mrs.
