Greenspeed on home paths.
I did mostly repeats on an out of the way stretch with a wide path and low traffic which allowed a more consistent pace.

The paths are not suitable for doing the interval experiments I'm doing because there is enough traffic that the pauses for dogs, runners, etc give enough heart rest that pacing isn't really possible.
