Followed by getting a motorcycle and car ready for winter - that ate into perfectly good cycling weather.

Followed by a morning of changing cabinet doors - it was enough screws to blister my hand.

50 minute climb on trainer - 10 at steeper grade.
It felt like a decent work out, and probably will serve as the baseline for the month.

50 minute climb at 6% on trainer.
A bit hard to believe this heart rate - either I benefited immensely from the extra hour sleep on the weekend (and a Sunday nap for an hour) or I seriously cheated the cadence.
