Cold ride on the unit - the sun wasn't even threatening to melt the frost yet at the end of the ride.
I wore ski gloves this time. With only one speed you can go for warmth rather than dexterity.

As with the pre shop, I just spun at a high cadence with average resistance - tromping around malls is much harder on my legs than riding is.

Average and max HR are probably both low, as they reflect the numbers after a half hour when the battery died - a bit unexpected because it said 20% battery when I started the ride.

Standard flys were challenging - but I got small rep sets done.
Military press was not happening - the right shoulder was rebelling.
