Day 2 routine.
Much more civilized being able to drink water.

flexibility 10:00 [1]

Recent joint complaints have made me think I should track my flexibility better so it is obvious when I cheat.
I have a routine I've stuck to for over 10 years, but it is easy to go through the motions and not accomplish any real stretching. It is always:
- a few stretches for the arms - elbows and shoulders
- a few stretches to keep the spine straight
- a few stretches to keep the legs in order.
The best advice I got in this matter is to hold it long enough to breathe.

Easy Greenspeed ride on the paths out back. Massive wind with the cold front coming in - temperature dropped 7 C in an hour.
Great peaceful ride regardless.

Day 1 routine.
I'm not to ingest anything until 4:00 pm, including water, so this was a stubbornness work out.
With clear liquids yesterday and nothing today, I didn't chance taking a bike ride even though the weather was perfect for it.

Note

The legs are rebelling today - probably related to the lack of anti-coagulation. I might be lazy and not exercise today.

Interesting spin.
Day 4 without anti coagulants, so I have to start watching my leg fairly closely, but this heart rate was completely unexpected. It shouldn't be that different from last Friday and Saturday.

It would be interesting to track the relationship between the heart rate and the consumption of anticoagulants, though with just one test point it could easily prove to be an anomaly.
