trainer spin in street shoes - heart rate was good, but the calves where quite unhappy with the arrangement.

trainer hill - A very uncomfortable ride wearing 20 year old shoes that I know know were an unacceptable fit. The good shoes are packed in a bike case 700km away so it might be a long week.
