Sufferfest Angels.

I thought I would get the legs used to working. 3x8 minute climbs two gears higher than in the fit test gave a good heart rate. The average is lowered by the long recovery periods in the video.

A clear candidate for a knighthood test.

Switching back to the old shims no pedals really highlighted how much I like the eggbeaters, which are now packed with the cross bike for some road miles next week.

I thought I should force myself the boredom of a recovery period for a week...so moderate resistance and varying cadence and stroke to switch muscles in and out.
