Heart rate is questionable because my monitor and the trainer seemed to be competing for beats. Max observed was 171, but the trainer read sporadically and my Garmin tended to obviously low readings much of the time after the trainer picked up the signal 13 minutes into the ride.
I was mostly looking for power readings. After a good warm up I did 30 sec progressively higher power sprints every 3 minutes. 367 watts was the highest power I feel like I honestly maintained for the 30 sec. At 406 I was falling off the pace at a bit after 20 sec - the trainer gave me credit, but I don't think a good power meter would have, though I may have been able to hold it standing up in good shoes. After that sprint, the trainer seemed a bit less stable - the flywheel felt off balance... So I took a nice cool down period.
