Inspired by flight's time trials, I sprinkled today's easy spin with 2-3 minute time trails. Resistance was what I had been using for Sufferfest 10/10 effort, which usually lasts 10-20 seconds. In the 1 minute sprints yesterday cadence was about 110. Today I dropped that to 95-105 which I could hold for the longer time.
By the 5th trial it became clear that the calves are going to have to step up their game.
