I was thinking seriously about taking a rest day because I was feeling a bit dragged out in the office this afternoon...but escaping to 27C on what could well be the last dry day of the year with daylight after work changed my mind.

I stayed on a tight loop with minimal traffic interaction. For about 15% of the route my heart rate showed about 50% high, so my average is a bit artificially high. I discarded all of the clearly escalated levels and counted the max as the highest credible value I observed during the ride.

I would have stayed out longer, but when I reached for my drink it wasn't there - left on the table.
