I figured one plank wouldn't be considered a no exercise violation. Normally I do them for about 20 breaths without regard to how long that takes. This was a first effort to hold one for an extended period. There was a bit of a rebellion in the core at three minutes.

Checking cold tolerance at-16C with noticeable wind. Fingers are hard to keep warm. In think in the old snow showing days I had wool mittens inside leather mittens.
