Some more wandering, but mostly a loop around the reservoir. It was much farther around than I remembered so about 2/3 of the way I started to question whether or not I had missed a turn.

A bit chilly at 7C and plenty of mist rising off the water. The trees started raining massive amounts of dew as soon as the sun hit them. It was a pretty cool effect.

I stayed mostly in the gear range I'll have on the Greenspeed. I might need to adjust to the elevation a bit. I hadn't noticed that in previous visits.

Between the rains.

Radar showed quite a bit of rain to the south east, but after half an hour passed at Flght's, I ventured out - in my rain gear. I biased the ride to the west hoping to avoid more rain, but mostly wandered along streets marked as bike routes. Some were short and ended in an area of crooked streets trying to get me lost - which I don't mind.

Eventually I found a nice path worth exploring a bit further another day. I was a bit surprised how little eh elation I had because everything looked pretty hilly.

The question of whether or not to go to the weight room tonight was answered by the hotel having no fitness room at all - another sort of rest day it is.

Blood tests Monday still showed test results 20% below the low end of the therapeutic range. I think I'll want to chart the impact of high volume exercise in a somewhat scientific manner.
