Note

I had visions of getting to my free hotel in time to use the gym. After an extra two hours lost to traffic and construction I didn't have the ambition left...but when I turned on the tv, it was tuned to YogaSlackers at Patagonia.

Hurried out to try and get 50km in before 10.

The 7:10 forecast was dry at least until 10, but a light rain started 2km out. I ignored it assuming the forecast couldn't be so wrong my nice clean bike would get slimed with road spray. It worked out well. Everyone on the river path was civilized again today.

Heart rate stayed quite low again.
