Note

About half of today at Habitat was placing stone wool. I had never heard of the stuff, but it needs a nice snug mask over your face. It sheds tiny bits that are really hard on the throat. I was advised to have a cold shower to close the pores while rinsing the stuff off or it would likely irritate the skin for 2-3 days.

Day 1 soloflex and free weights

Only the offset curls (heavier weight on one end of bar) with a twist on one leg showed the shoulder mismatch today

Road cycle warm up/down 33:02 [1] 9.14 km (3:37 / km) +107m 3:25 / km

Checkout rides as I spring cleaned bikes. Mostly making sure all the controls work properly and there were no loose bits.

Wilier Cross had a flat, which was odd because it didn’t when I hung it in the basement after a ride last week.

FatBoy was gross with a full winter of grime.

Townie had year old bugs because Mrs forgot to clean it after its last trip on the roof.
