It’s clearly time to put the trike away for winter, but I thought the road looked clear enough for one last ride. -2C is the coldest I’ve been out on a recumbent and the need to dress a bit differently than on a traditional bike was quite apparent - face and legs at least.

The path along the river wasn’t as clean as the roads. A bit of ice, a bit of snow and lots of wet leaves made it a bit messy. The route was almost deserted with less than one person per kilometre.
