I had planned on 60-80km of hills today, but the forecast for next week might make Monday my only option for the 200km ride...so I did another pacing ride on the paved path.

Looking for a parking stop with water on the eastern end of my planned 200km route. It is now $20 to park anywhere alone the south end of the lake for the day. Only one spot has convenient access for the Bacchetta and running water. It is about 5km from the eastern turn around, which isn’t ideal, but I’ll go with it. I neglected to check if the lot is locked before 8am when they start charging for parking.

Mrs came alone so she would know where to find me.

The eastern leg will be 22-28 minutes. The western leg likely around 90 minutes, depending on where I turn around.

Note

Habitat was punishing for my legs today. I had 9 people to keep busy fireproofing the attic in 6 houses. Lots of back and forth giving direction, checking work and helping with some of the tricky bits.

It was a good group though. SICK shut down their office and sent everybody to work the day at Habitat: 55 people.
