Took Mrs out for a bit of the Caledon Trail before taking the rack off her mom’s SUV - being traded along with the hybrid tomorrow.

2km before the truck, I popped into high gear for a bit and then overshot to get my 9 minutes at intensity 5 for the day.

Dropped roof rack part for 2 cars, 3 bikes and a kayak at the bike trailer (off of two cars being traded in) and took the opportunity to ride a different part of the moraine.

It’s surprising how much my cardio has deteriorated in the last couple of months of not doing much. It makes it easier to get into the higher zones though.
