With the sun out, I thought I might prep summer bikes and do laps around the block today. About 20 laps per bike should handily get 64km. The odds of contact with anyone, or anything they would touch are tiny....but if I draw the line there, someone else will draw it a bit further away.

I’ll probably still prep some bikes and save the checkout ride until next week.

Tried some of Flight’s core today by layering in 3 x 50 bicycle sit-ups. I probably have 15-18 minutes of core in a typical morning now. Today was:
5 minute elbow plank, about 4 minutes tripod
Other stuff
3 minute elbow plank, mostly tripod
Other stuff
2 minute extended plank all tripod (8 breaths, that is the focus of this part)
Short 90 degree elbow ‘plank’ - the hardest thing I do
50 bicycle sit-ups
Other stuff
50 bicycle sit-ups
a bunch of inverted side crunches
50 bicycle sit-ups
