Great conditions for the bike ride this morning, but lacking the ambition to glue on the proper compression. Maybe I’ll set up the trainer even though it is 2 months early for it.
Day 2 free weights Just the dial a weight parts. I have to rush the car up to VW so they ‘might’ be able to fix it as an emergency before they close for the weekend. You’d think they would reserve some capacity for emergencies-

Road cycle (Brompton) 31:51 [3] 8.91 km (3:34 / km) +62m3:27 / km
I tossed the Brompton in the back of my car so I could get home a bit quicker than walking and arrive in time to book today’s hospital visit. The map might look like I failed navigation, but I went for the quietest roads that would get me back to the river, then overshot my turn to see if I could find Floght on her run.
I’m having a hard time believing it’s only Wednesday.

Mountain bike (Vinnie ) 59:57 17.71 km (3:23 / km) +47m3:20 / km ahr:113 max:137 shoes: D2 2D yellow mountain
A river cruise. The bents aren’t especially phone friendly, and I expected phone stop...so a regular bike away from traffic seemed like the right choice.
I made a last minute switch of clothes to yellow RTCC jersey and my FU (spelled out on the sock) Cancer. I did however, forget water, which turns out ensured I was back before Erin went to the hospital.
7 text stops and 2 phone calls.
Still a nice ride. The big GO train lot is back to just over 100 cars. Much more Han I’ve seen in the last 18 months.
Walk/hike warm up/down 1:00:00 [2] 5.9 km (10:10 / km)
I not took a couple of minutes to cast my vote today, so I had some spare time before my visit slot with Mrs. I used it to walk to the hospital. Nice river cruise.
