Flight and I tried a bit of a ride in mid day traffic.

My heart rate ran a good 15bpm fast virtually the whole ride. I don’t think it was a lie. Some would just be the wrong kind of bike. I chose it because it is more nimble in traffic and I wasn’t sure how compromised my road sense might be. Most of it is probably the state of my being right now.

I did point Flight to a couple of Garmin segments I thought she could QOM, and of course she did, even with a slow truck blocking her way and a bad corner entry.

Good to get out for a bit with J with Mrs.

Time to get the house working again. Our phone stopped getting a dial tone 2 weeks ago. Odd that we can still receive calls. Today the water heater quit. And the water softener needs a new batch of salt.
