First official riding block with coach Phil done.

smashed.
Long warm up then 6x 5min at mystery watts + 5min easy

Played around with body position on saddle to test Nats “theory”
His suggested chase position for me averaged 20bpm lower.

This guy knows bike fits and attack position.

I’m feeling a sad gap of not having anywhere to log my stream of consciousness training thoughts. Phil gives me no platform where as Paul liked hearing my feels about workouts and it helped build future workouts.

So I may come back here with mystery box workouts....slash all the feels.
