Still feeling sick but really keen to do the Strides Run Streak again this year so I took my little dog buddy for a run.
She didn't do too bad.
I think she will be better on a hip leash. If nothing else it will be better for me to have her on one so I can keep my form natural. My worry is that it will give her too much leash and she will chase more cars. Though she only really went after 3 today.

After the first mile she was good at staying beside me rather than in front.

Still way too sick.
Had trouble breathing.

Good fun.

Makes this home workout harder.
Nit that sicky needs harder

Intended to ride a zone down on account of the lungs.
Held the workout though.

Paul brought me a trainer for winter so now I have a sweet power meter.
