After riding to chiro I determined it was too smokey to do any outside riding (AQHI 7 and rising) so I went to repsol seeking clean air. They were painting.....so it was fumy.
Which meant I just did my short race week lift.
I did PB bottoms up split squats with a 155 (up from 145 which was last session PB from 135).
