Testing date for lead in to World Cup.
Their scale put me at 62.8kg (down from December but up from this time last year slightly).
Not sure what the results of the body comp will be but given the close to 6 pack state of my abs I think it’s where it should be.

Lactate test went through stage 250 and into 275 (though the new machine is much faster with results so 15sec only vs 1min). Lactate jump was lower than before, later and HR was lower.
Leg feel has me pretty confident I’d TT comfortably right around there.
4 weeks out for World Cup I don’t see a ton of movement happening there, but the weight is in easy slide off time of year with the weather warmer and longer rides so I should take the kg down to 59-60. Which is perfect for racing.
Big picture goal is 4.5watts/kg by Worlds.

They let me put the PowerTap pedals on and run my Garmin so I can nerd calibrate the difference from bike to bike off the velotron which is supposed to be most accurate.
