Running (Road w/ Jogger) 34:50 [2] 6.0 km (5:48 / km)
slept:8.0 shoes: Saucony Pro/Grid

Day two... snot bad. Not as hot. Chest shoulder still feel weird but I'll be back to normal soon - I can sense it!
8 PM

Cycling (Kinetic Pro) 30:00 [2]

Rode after dinner. Front of the quads could feel it. Putting too much weight on the left arm was sketchy...

Running (Road w/ Jogger) 35:32 [2] 6.0 km (5:55 / km)
slept:8.0 weight:154lbs shoes: Saucony Pro/Grid

Felt great to go for a run. Muscles around the shoulder and bicep still talking but no discomfort or pain. Not much fitness left... but happy to be back.
