Lake Ontario swim... nice cool and no waves.

Big Escarpment Climb and Chain feel off and wasn't easy to fix. Easily lost 2 minutes trying to get it back on... :(

18/76 placing.

Finally felt good on a run. Keep well hydrated and dumped water on myself to keep cool. Enjoyed this run!

5/42 placing.

Final Placing: 9/39 in age group and 53/298 overall.

FINAL TIME: 1:29:18 Good Race to end the season.
