Rode with Lance, George, Steve, Phil and a peloton of 50 or so. Was easy then hard then got a lift for a bit then passed again & humbled. These are all just best guesses. But Lance and the boys blew the peloton apart. My 3.5 hrs of sleep Thursday night and 1:30am 3 evenings before that kinda took the stuffing out of me. That and the fact I ran outta water and making a very late but very short 2nd stop. A great day though and wild experience! I'd recommend it... :)

Really painful right wrist. Woke up with it Saturday night.

Damp and occasionally drizzly run with Theameister @ 9:31AM. Felt good to get out there. Really busy these next few weeks. Got rid of some of the stress with it. Thea was fun to be with... did 2 hill sets. Lots of other runners getting drenched! :)

Rode @ 8:03AM to Scenic Caves Rd. and did the hill 3 times to the top with just the decent to rest... Fell on the second one going like 4K/hr so just scrapped a bit including Flip camera of course. Felt pretty good b/c I paced myself. It was tough though so don't get me wrong - doesn't let up!
