Hard to drink... paid for it on second run. Absolutely brutal wind!!!!

Need to do a bit more runs after riding... right leg and left side cramped a bit... took 2K to get loose.

Need to lose about 7-8 lbs. Hopefully for next race.

Finished 92/457 and 9/50 age group. Not bad for first biatlhlon in over 13yrs.

Thought I'd get a good nights sleep but, Thea woke up at 2am with nightmares. Took about 45min for her to fall asleep.
