Woke up with a very stiff/sore neck?? Must of slept on it wrong b/c I don't know how it could have got injured. I was planning on swimming in the wetsuit before officially resting for the Old Mill but, I guess this is a sign that I better not swim. :)

Sulphur Springs 20K Trail run with TVP, Meridian & Tim. TVP pushed the pace and I died on the big hill. Had to walk the funnel/shute after that. I hope I can recover for the Old Mill race hehehe...

Indoor current pool @ 2:30pm. Employing the new technique I read about either side for first 7:30min then 2L/2R then 7:30min then 3L/3R and then 4L/4R... works really well.

Legs very tired for first 10 minutes...weird. Going to participate in Protein Test @ Mac with Meridian. VO2 max testing... body fat, bone density etc... should be cool. Hope to learn a lot!
