Ran to Lions Club and did the top loop of Headwater, BIG hill and the chute. Had to add some extra road on to get the 1 1/2 hrs. Will do chute twice next time... big tempo b/c lots of runners on the course scoping it out for next week I guess.

Jumped in to loosen up but feel stronger lately... Swam at 7:30pm.

Awesome ride in Grimsby with Lawrence. He trained too much yesterday and didn't have the legs but, did all the work. He will rest next time and make me work. Have lots left in the tank... Loved the route! Late start due to QEW closure. Eating and drinking seemed bang on.
