Ran @ 7:15pm the usual route. Forget to set HRM on Garmin which is unlike reg. one. RPE was a zone 4. Concentrated on flat footing it and counted 90rpms 3 times so I know what it feels like. Will run like that from now on until second nature...

Lack of sleep has caught up with me and I couldn't wake up to ride this morning. Was tired all day...
