Ran on the mill due to ankle and figuring the trials would be icy. Didn't want to test it under the circumstances. Just went easy but HR was climbing...

Ok sleep then riding @ 5:00am using Spineral Speed/Power rountine. Main part was 2 X Sets of 10 sec fast as possible with 50 sec off X 6 reps... AVW: 152 MXW: 579.

Depite waking around 3:30am and remaining awake I felt pretty solid on the pedals today. Just did a steady zone 2. Will do Speed workout tomorrow. AVW: 135 MXW: 248.

Good to be back in the pool... felt pretty good. Ankle was good. Could feel it a bit but good....

Did the 34 min TT Spinerval. 6 X 1:30 with 1:30 rest last two higher gears. then 1 x 3:00 higher gear every minute. Pushed hard and felt a bit sick lol...
Easy ride to finish the time. AVW: 159 MXW: 327.

DId the Recovery/Technique Spinerval Quick Workout DVD... Wanted to test ankle and see what it was like. Will do this one Friday and throw in the TT and Speed on on Tues & Thurs I think and just do a 3 on Wed. Ankle isn't bad at all. Only noticed it unclipping while doing one legs. AVW: 142 MXW: 371.

Took the usual rest day even though i rested yesterday. Giving my ankle a good rest. Feels even better today.
