Arms very tired at start then felt awkward and struggled for most of the swim... felt some soreness in hamstrings - not sure what that's all about. What a drag. Don't know why I bothered. :(

Going to ease off a bit this week and get back on plan... although it's been rocky at times, I think I can stick to it from now on. Will try anyways. This week calls for 5 hours and after the previous really hard two weeks my body is telling me the same thing. :)

Swam during lunch - not half bad today.

Ran with Thea after dinner around 6:30pm... sluggish start but got into a groove for a solid tempo. Negative split it. 18:20 with a 142HR there adn 16:44 back with a 152HR back... actually felt a bit muggy.
