Ran after dinner @ 7pm in South Hampton on the rail trail. Perceived zone 3 with lots of no-see-ems! Someone around here has wireless so I can log my training.

Rode the Power/Sprint workout then steady-state zone 3. I felt pretty good on the sprints. AVW:156 MXW:1039... not bad despite a not great sleep. Ave. 76 rpms. TDF starts tomorrow!

Thea and I were joined by Jan on her bike. Humid and windy... 18:05 140HR out and 16:10 150HR back... Legs a bit tight then loosened up after 7-8min.

Heading into less volume over the next few weeks. Will just maintain a higher intensity or endurance. Not dropping any weight... :(
