Took Theameister on a birthday run. She's a teenager today! Pretty hot and windy today. Just even split the course including 3 big hills.

Did Wilson St. Hill times 10! Not sure of distance b/c stupid cyclometers are screwed. Had a gel to start and after 5th repeat. A bit of a headwind going up.
6:09 - 6:11 - 6:34 - 6:22 - 6:17 - 6:32 - 6:23 - 6:30 - 6:38 - 6:41 ave. 4min for turnarounds and down the hill... 9:05 return home and 11:15 out. Did my best to maintain 90rpms going up. So over an hour in hills.

Swam during lunch break. First 20min felt tough then settled in and it felt easy... weird.

When I got Powermeter going at 9:25 I did the Speed/Power workout. AVW:174 MXW:940... @ 4:25pm today.
