Last long ride before Muskoka @ 8:00am. No hills really - just the rollers. Tried to beat the rain. Didn't happen. I got rained on for the 2nd half of the out and back. Drank orange Gatorade every 15min. 2 salt tablets to start and a powerbar throughout. I felt pretty good despiite getting drenched. Figure it will be cooler and overcast next weekend just like today! Maintained 87rpms ave. ...

Thea and I ran after the rain about 12:30pm. New shoes feel awesome and light. TVP got me Hammer's old Polar 625x but I have to figure it out for a couple hours so I ran w/o it. Cooler day - feeling like fall... 20:29 out 7:19 & 7:42, 7:20 & 7:28 and 19:56 back -/split. Drank orange Gatorade every 15min. Included 6 hills. :)

Rode @ 6:00am doing the Recovery/Technique workout. Didn't drink today and felt pretty good... did 11minutes of 90rpms tempo.

Swimming (Endless Pool) 31:30 intensity: (16:30 @2) + (15:00 @3)

Swam at lunch. Struggled right off then ok then cranked it again... first 5min struggled then got into a rythmn.

Up @ 5:00am again to ride the Sprint/Power workout. Despite feeling a bit tired to start I hit the sprints pretty good today. Felt strong and solid.

Thea and I ran just after dinner 6:30pm. I did a tempo run. Had to dodge a lot of peds tonight?! Felt pretty good after a few minutes... 17:00 out and 15:45 back.

Thea and I ran @ 6:30pm. Still very warm out. I was soaked again. I took it easy b/c the jogger was being held together with bungie cords. I didn't want to push it and have something bad happen. Even split the out and back...

Rode the Recovery/Technique workout @ 6:00am following by 12 minutes of tempo zone 3 (perceived) using 90rpms.

Swimming (Endless Pool) 31:30 intensity: (16:30 @2) + (15:00 @3)

Swam at lunch. Cranked it up a bit after 15minutes and felt good for the most part.

Running (Road w/ Jogger) 55:30 intensity: (51:50 @3) + (3:40 @5) 11.0 km (5:03 / km)

Thea and I ran @ 6:45pm adding 20 sec speed work every 5 minutes for 11 times. A bar broke on the jogger. Have to see what's up... my luck. 28:06 out and negative with a 27:24 back.
