First workout since Muskoka. Thea and went for a run at 3:30pm. I had dropped TVP in Niagara so I was up @ 3:45am... slept more from 7-9:30am. I felt fine. It was warm and windy out. Jogger is fixed so we're good to get ready for 1/2 Marathon in November. Using old shoes until I get a new pair of road trainers. Negative split it by 50sec.
