Swam during lunch time. Felt a lot nicer today once I get used to the 71 degree water in my cold basement. :D

Rode after work around 4:20pm watching Newsworld. Was able to keep cadence up around 90rpms today.

Swam but it wasn't pretty or pleasant. Maybe I should just do duathlons. Either that or swim more so it's not so bad.

Rode @ 7:10pm watching That's Hockey and Leafs vs. Panthers. Felt good maintaining 90rpms - nice and steady.
