Ran on the mill watching the Packers give it up to the Cardinals. Last score wins... felt like I was watching me and the gang playing touch football as a kid. What's defense? :)

Ran @ 7:45pm on the mill listening to the Lab "Choice" and something else. Legs were a bit blah... and not as fun carrying extra weight.
