Another hot day so, Thea and I began @ 8:41am. Did the Shaver Rd. Hills 3-peat. Tried to start easier but the heat moved in and I ran out of gas... tried to push through it. Meh...

Thea tried to beat the heat so we ran @ 8:45am. Legs a bit heavy at first then loosened up only to feel heavy once the morning heat kicked in...

Ran with Thea after dinner @ 7:53pm. Actually didn't feel half bad today! Not sure if the cooler evening or I'm getting fitter - hope it's both!!! Felt good. Should really get road shoes... :)

Talked to Jan tonight and made big decision for next season.... Gonna do it before I'm 50!!! :D
