Wow... I felt stronger today. Kept a pretty good pace and negative split it easy. Nice to see a bit of improvement. Out in 30:45 and back in 28:50. Ran at 8:15PM -8 or so...

Ran @ 2:00PM a bit overdressed but better than freezing my... off. Low energy although strong on the hills. 33:05 out and 31:10 back to negative split it. Was 171lbs yesterday morning but missed w-o yesterday. This isn't easy....
