Running (Icy roads) 1:01:35 [3] 11.0 km (5:36 / km)
slept:8.5 weight:166.5lbs shoes: Montrails Continental Divide

Went for it. Felt great. The icy conditions freaked me out and at times I ran cautiously but on the whole, felt good. No pain although the ribs never let me forget they were there, ha!
31:20 Out and 30:15 Back to negative split it.

Cycling (Kinetic Pro) 45:00 [2]
slept:8.0 weight:168lbs

Felt much better. Hardly and twinges and able to maintain low 80s without problem. Watching Leafs vs Sabres...

Running (Teadmill) 15:00 [2] 2.5 km (6:00 / km)
shoes: Saucony Triumph 4

Bricked the run just before 8pm and felt just fine. Should be able to run now...

Now we're talking. Just the odd twinge of pain - much more comfortable and at 80rpms... still having trouble sleeping but definitely over the hump thank goodness.

Rode @ 7:15pm watching the Brier LOL... uncomfortable for the first 10 minutes then fine. Not ready for prime time yet but I'll take it.

slept:7.0 weight:170.5lbs

Rough night and sore morning but went for it tonight. Well... rode easy around 75-80rpms. A little tough start but then felt ok. A little tender but felt good to do something...
