Jan made us a big breakfast then I was off to do a buck and a half @ 7:11:56 in the AM. Fine until the last hour then fell off a bit. Could only eat 3 cliff bars. Need to try something else... Ran out of water. Could use one more bottle in jersey. Ave. cadence 76.

Ran after a nice dinner. Started off easy and seemed like a nice cool night. Then just after the turnaround in Jerseyville, the rain started. At one point for about 20 minutes it just poured and surprise surprise I got drenched. Just hands were cold and I tried to book it in... felt pretty good though.

Swam at around 8:40PM. Arms really heavy and a struggle for the first 10 minutes. Then, it didn't get that great ever... hmmmm.
