Thea and I went for a Father's Day run this fine morning @ 8:51AM. Headwind on return made splitting it negatively difficult.

Thea woke up early so, I made her breakfast and headed out at 6:43AM. Nice cool morning with few people on the roads. Went along at a good clip until the 4hr mark when the heat kicked in with 32+ degrees and crosswinds picked up. Didn't bring enough water although I had G. I had stomach issues after 3 Cliffs and 2 date newtons... probably the heat. My legs were toast with 1.5hrs left. Just tried to hang on but slowed miserably. Ave. cadence 70rpms.

Ran after dinner 6:29PM. Had a scare at the turnaround. Knee (right) had pain at the top. Maybe due to down hills... stretched it twice and loosened it up. Was a little cautious for a while. And never pushed it on the way back. Seemed fine after a while. Headwind coming back.
