Easy run with Martin in the woods of the 5th stage. Tired, hilly, but so beautiful.

Orienteering race 1:10:00 [5] 8.5 km (8:14 / km)
shoes: Inov8 Extalon

O-ringen E5, long. 70:27, 23rd, 1. Kajsa Risby 59:26. As I mispunched yesterday I didn't start in the chasing start but in the almost-mass-start after that. I had a good run - finally. I think it was just the matter of stopping having unrealistic expectations. Few mistakes, tired, but still fighting - having other girls around was helpful. Nice to end the week on a positive note.

Orienteering race 45:00 [5] 5.5 km (8:11 / km)
shoes: Inov8 Oroc 280

O-ringen E4, middle. Mispunched! Time: 45'. 1. Anna Ställberg 35:19. I had a bad race, making small mistakes at every other control. The mispunch was unlucky, I remembered I was supposed to punch 168, then 169, but I took 167 instead. The code number looked familiar and I didn't double-check with descriptions. It was very close to my correct control - a parallel mistake in fact. Towards the end my feet were very tired... time for new shoes.

shoes: Inov8 Oroc 280

Orienteering race 1:28:00 [5] 9.0 km (9:47 / km)
shoes: Inov8 Oroc 280

O-ringen E3, long. 88:26, 33rd, 1. Katarina Svahn 70:47. I had an OK start with two small mistakes and made a good route choice on the long leg. Almost at home I started thinking that this may be a good race so I made two mistakes immediately (1' + 3'), so typical. This was crowned by an awful leg, just downhill a slope, where I was very slow. I kept fighting till the end and I was happy with 2/3 of my race but the mistakes in the end were so so uneccesary.

Orienteering race 1:32:00 [5] 10.0 km (9:12 / km)
shoes: Inov8 Oroc 280

O-ringen E2, long. 91:52, 32nd, 1. Anna Ställberg 75'. Another nice race in awesome but very tough terrain. I had problems with controls in the slopes. I made twice the same error of running down towards the circle without knowing 100% where I was on the top, and of course, no surprise, it took much longer to relocate than what it would have taken to stop and look in the map properly in time. I'll never learn. :-) Anyways, the woods were gorgeous.

Running warm up/down 17:00 [1] 2.5 km (6:48 / km)
shoes: Inov8 Oroc 280

Orienteering race 1:39:00 [5] 11.0 km (9:00 / km)
shoes: Inov8 Oroc 280

O-ringen Boden, D21L.
E1, long. 99:18, 28th, 1. Johanna Öberg, 83'. Very very nice woods, but also very stony and physically and technically demanding. I made some mistakes but nothing too big so I was quite happy with the race.

Running warm up/down 24:00 [2] 4.0 km (6:00 / km)
shoes: Inov8 Oroc 280

A very long jog to the start
