Ran warm-up followed by 2 minutes at each percentage of incline, starting at one percent and going up to ten percent. Ran this on my lunch break so only got one progression in but will try to do it again this weekend to get to the full hour. I am wondering how I will run 7.6 miles at an average 12% grade given that I was dying at 10% on the treadmill!

Hilly recovery run- fairly hot afternoon. Legs feeling tired from minute on / minute off from night before.

Tough workout! It started out well but as it went on the minutes "on" felt long! Ran this on the treadmill outside at night.

Pleasant trail run back in Lusaka. Right foot hurting along the tendon that runs along top of foot. Hope it goes away- because apart from that I felt great during and after.
