Ran warm-up followed by 2 minutes at each percentage of incline, starting at one percent and going up to ten percent. Ran this on my lunch break so only got one progression in but will try to do it again this weekend to get to the full hour. I am wondering how I will run 7.6 miles at an average 12% grade given that I was dying at 10% on the treadmill!
