Hey Lucy, kladdkaka recipe as requested:
Mix together: 300ml sugar, 150 ml flour, 4 tbspn cocoa powder, few drops vanilla essence, a pinch of salt, tspn xanthan gum, 2 eggs and 100 g melted margarine
175 degrees for around 30 min
I use a well greased and lined flan dish with removal bottom and find it is best to get it out onto a wire rack as quick as poss before it gets stuck - have to be careful though as it will still be soft. It is a very quick recipe! Jen x
